Mechanical punch presses up to 113 tons can be hand or strip fed for smaller runs and coil fed for larger runs.
CNC turret presses provide high-speed repeatable, and accurate parts with little or no special tooling.
CNC brake presses allow for quick setup and repeatable step bending and produce tight tolerance results.
Loyal Manufacturing offers welding (mig and tig) of mild and stainless steel as well as aluminum for strong and durable assemblies. Resistance welding of light duty or thin material assemblies rounds out a full compliment of welding capabilities.
Other capabilities include riveting for quick and inexpensive assemblies and fastener insertion for customer assembly.
Loyal Manufacturing relies on a number of quality, outside service organizations for surface finishing. Services offered include painting, (wet/powder coat), plating and anodizing. In addition, Loyal Manufacturing can support products requiring laser cutting.
All parts produced are subjected and documented through first article, random and scheduled incremental ,and final inspections before shipping.
